I spoke with this company trying to resolve the fact that they were calling

and waking me up as I work a slightly different schedule. A Eva who

identified herself as a supervisor refused to adress the issue, and when I

quoted the Fair Debt Collections Act, she said I had no clue what I was

talking about. I have left a message with Marie Rogers who I was transfered

to when I asked for the legal department. I haven't even had the opportunity

to talk with them about the debt, all I want is their system to stop calling

me at 9am and waking me up, and then there not be anyone on the other end. I

work nights and it is starting to cause problems with my sleep routine.
