Palm 72

I purchased a Palm 72 from them on 30 APR 2006 and sometime in July, a little gray box in the right hand corner started to appear. The only way to get the box to go away was to turn the Palm off and back on. From past experience with another Palm Pilot, I knew how to reset the Palm and tried that and that didn’t work.

I have emailed Edulgence twice asking for assistance and have written to them one time. I have never heard anything back from them and am very disappointed in their lack of communication with me.

I don’t know if you will be able to do anything for me, but giving this a try might make me feel better a little bit.
