Fwd: Unauthorize charge even with cancellation

I cancelled my subscription on 8-31-2006 at 1-877-481-6826. Talked to a woman named Chrissy-18425 and I was told my checking account would not be charged.. But I was still charged. I would like it credited back to my account immediately in the amount of $12.95, because if this causes my account to overdraft as I do have other things coming in, I will be sending a bill for the overdraft fees. The transaction fee on my bank statement was from CIC*TripleAdvantage POS 877-481-6825 CA US 978091.
