I purchased a Berkline couch from Comfort Galleries in Farmingdale, Long Island. After a month (!!) had passed, I was told the fabric/color I chose was discontinued. I went back to the store and chose another fabric from a book with small-sized swatches. Due to the size of the swatch and with no indication in the book that the fabric was "velour", I am now the proud owner of a couch that I am extremely unhappy with - the fabric is awful. When I called the store, they wanted absolutely nothing to do with me or my grievance. They could not and would not even meet me half way to do something about it. Once they have your money - it's all over. Customer service and customer satisfaction means nothing to them. I would never, ever, purchase from them again.
