Dear Sir,

I Dr.Subhash Govindrao Aphale, residing at Punnyai,3, Sahjeevan L.I.C. Colony,Off college Road,Nasik PIN 422005,am a regular user of aqua guard machine since 1989.

I have entered into annual maintain contract,recent one in July2006.The machine was not getting on even after repeated attempts since last few days so request was made for tecnician to come and do the needful.

He came on saturday i.e. on 26th August 2006 and told us that 10 + 6 PCB is not functioning at all and it will have to be replaced.it will be replaced on Monday i.e. on 28th August 2006(sunday being holiday).We waited on 28th Aug. till 5.00 p.m.but nobody came.When I contacted servise centre I was advised to contact Eureka Forbed office.When this office was contacted I was told that they do not have P.C.B.ready with them and it will have to be called for & I was advised to wait for 3 to 4 days.When I asked which water we should drink in this rainy season I was requested to co-operate.When I requested to give us a new machine for few days till PCB comes, I was told that new machine can not be spared.

Till today my machine is not repaired and I do not know how much time it will take.I am expected to co-operate which means even though I am your customer since 1989 ,entered annual contract,changed the carbon and filter recently I am supposed to drink unsafe water or boiled water.

Your add in paper says that protect your family in this monsoon by using Aquaguard.

May I know how your company helps customers in crisis like this one ?

I hope you will do the needful.I am out of station upto 3rd Sept.2006.Hope to get my machine O.K. on Monday morning (4th Sept 2006)
