Aqua Guard / service

Hi

I have purchased "Aquaguard i-Nova Plus" Water filter . I feel quality of water before and after usage of it is same .I feel the product is not working as desired.

Sale persons come and give a broad idea and eloborate nasty features.But those are all false promises..I have purchased for my baby thinking that it would be good and healthy product . I feel I am wrong and have taken wrong decision in buying the Aqua Guard product.

I am trying to reach the Sale person whose name is "GOVINDA REDDY" , mobile number 9844553611 working in koramangala Aqua Guard Branch office.

Since one week i am trying to contact him and i get a response saying "he is in meeting , call me after 2 hrs.".

when he approached for sale of the product to our house , he said he is the top 100 sale person's and also has gone to malaysia. He is from KUPPAM .

Dont believe this fellow. Only words but no actions. no support once you buy the product .

I urge people not to GO for such use less product which does not have proper service in city like Bangalore..

what if we move to other remote places where aqua guard branch office is not present. All experiences will not be same .. but many of the people are facing same situation like me ..
