Dear Ranjith/Kumar

I have not been able to make any calls from my above

mentioned hutch number since 10.30 pm on 29/06/08 till

this instant,the reason being"NETWORK NOT

AVAILABLE".Because of this I was not reachable to my

family in BANGALORE,which has put my mother into a lot

mental stress.Also to contact others I had to make

calls from a local PCO.

Please be noted that if this issue is not sorted out

ASAP and also if I am not suitably compensated for

your mistake then I will have to knock the doors of

the concerned authority to redress my grievence.

Now,as there is no mistake from my end so you cannot

penalise me for your mistakes,as you have done several

times in the past.

Also Ranjith-9884018513 and Kumar-42031256 are never

available on their respective contact numbers.

Is it that you both do not want to speak to customers

or are you gunuinely busy.
