Dear Madam/Sir,

 

I would like to warn people who intend to rent a car from e sixt car rental company. I paid for a forfour car with AC for ten days , with my credit card, in advance.... When I received at e sixt desk at terminal 1, Nice Airport on 16 June 2006 ,two arrogant representatives of e sixt, imposed me a 107 peugeot, a smaller car without an air condition and devaluated the quality of my summer vacation, during hot days with a car which actually I have not reserved. SO please be careful when paying in advance. You may be confronted with an unexpected situation, after an exhausting travel, like traveling from Ankara to Nice about 8 hours and being greeted by inpolite and imposing manners of e sixt representatives!

 

Then I reacted three times by a complaint message to e sixt head quarter and at the end my third message was answered. They apologized and promised to forward an upgrade as a compensation. They sent an upgrade voiture valid for a few countries and expiry six months after the issue date!!!! Which means I should go back to France or Germany as soon as possible to be able to get an e sixt upgrade, isn't it funny?

 

So please be careful when making a deal with e sixt car rental because you may be really dissapointed.
