Westlake Financial- My car was reposed after making a payment three days prior, they said they never receive the payment after it was posted on my account summary. I was promise I would receive my vehicle after making another payment within twenty-four hours, and three days have passed and I still have not receive my car.They lied about receiving my payments Western Union, when one of their representatives had given me the confirmation code. They contacted my friends and family discussing my personal business, which is illegal. I shared my personal situation and ask them how they would like their money, either robbing a bank, selling drugs, or prostituting myself and they replied by telling me pick one and get us our payment. They found my personal situation a joke and laughed on the phone saying they would always have their job, when I told them I have missed threes days of work due to this situation.

Westlake is very unprofessional and rude. I will never finance another vehicle with them, and I am planning on suing them and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
