We are having all main electronic appliances of LG only , Now when we need services , LG service Engineer( Mr. Dilip Sharma , cell no. 919811891800 ) at Ghaziabad (U.P.)INDIA is just making false promises for the repair of my TV and Washing Machines. On reminders , he is feeling bad and misbehaving as well. I have good relations with your dealer M/s USHA ELECTRONICS - RAILWAY ROAD - HAPUR-245101 (U.P.)INDIA that is why tolerating delay since last one month. I think due to shrinking of margin Company is avoiding the complains , as Since inception of your Marketing the Electronic , Now this is the Period where the complaints will start coming, and Now with such a poor team of after sale service Engineers , you are going to spoil the market. I really feel pity on you , as Now I have been pushed by you to change the Brand , due to poor sale services on part of your service Engineer . In front of your dealer he himself gave me last and final date of solving my problems as 25 th of August , 06. Now he is backing out and misbehaving with me over telephone, in the presence of your dealer. Let God bless LG , as you have lost one faithful Customer , who is having LG , TV , Fridge, Music System, Washing Machine but Now will have LCD of 40 inch of some other Company.
