Vendor: Les Blackwell Co Hair Design

5/20/06 $20.00 for a haircut, the vendor both cashed my check and auto

debited my account using Telecheck.

I have since been reimbursed $20.00, as the haircut only cost $20.00 not

$40.00.

Les Blackwell Co Hair Design sent my name into TRS Recovery Services, Inc.

I have since been cleared and got a letter from TRS Recovery Services and

thought all was well.

WalMart after this incident has kept my checks every since then, every time

I go in so I spoke with a WalMart accountant. She said that evidentally

Telecheck still has a glich somewhere and it's telling everyone to keep my

check rather than signing the slip and giving my check back to me. This

has nothing to do with WalMart. All they know is that Telecheck is telling

them to keep my check. She suggested I contact Les Blackwell Co. Hair

Design, my bank and Telecheck. There is no known phone number to Telecheck

to talk to a person, therefore I will contact Les Blackwell Co. Hair Design

and tell them they must contact Telecheck to get my name off any list to

hold checks.

Also, the 2nd visit to this vendor, it seems they have lost my check

written on June 23, 2006. It has yet to clear the bank and I have checked

with my bank. My bank said after 6 months I can add it back into my

account. What bothers me is the fact that I have excellent credit and now

there's a check floating around somewhere (no one seems to know where) with

all my banking information on it.

I am emailing you in hopes someone will call me and help me with this

problem. The reference number that TRS Recovery Services, Inc. gave to me

(that is cleared) is 38061723844980. I work in an accounting department

myself, so I know that something's not right. If this is not resolved, I

intend to turn in Les Blackwell Co Hair Design into the Better Business

Bureau as well as Telecheck.
