T-Mobile:

 

I have had TMobile service for over 10 years. Currently I have 3 lines on my account, business and two teenagers phones. Three weeks ago I called TMobile to discuss my son's phone who was leaving for Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. I wanted to make sure he had free long distance and roaming. At the same time I requested to increase his minutes to 1500 and have unlimited text messaging.

Yesterday I received the new bill. His phone bill was $334.00. They had not increased his minutes or added unlimited text messaging. I called and spoke to three separate customer service reps at TMobile. Basically they tell me my last call was logged but no change in service. It is my word against the customer service rep. The last person I spoke with was Mike a supervisor. He was very rude and basically said I could cancel my service and go with someone else if I wasn't satisfied.

What happened to companies wanting to give you great service and want to keep your business.

If I do switch to another cell company I have to pay $600.00 ($200.00- each ) for terminating my contract early.

 

Anyone have any suggestions??
