RE: Cingular Wireless - charged a restoral fee of $ 39 total - have no record of account suspension that caused need to restore account

I was charged for a restoral fee of $39 without

knowing Cingular Wireless has suspended my account.

I've called them and complained about these charges

but they said they could not help me because the

account was suspended which I don't have any

recollection of the suspension. I think I will change

to anothe provide after my contract end.

I have had complaints about this Company since my AT&T

wireless merged to this company I was not happy with

their hidden charge without notice customer. I hope

you could assist me on getting the above amount

disputed.
