I purchased this product with the battery option in March of this year.

Finally received the product and it did not work.

Would keep turning off and on and was asked to send it back. I paid

for this.


They had it for about a month and sent it back to me.

It still did not work, same problem. Sent it back again and I paid

for this again. I asked them at this time, to call me and tell me

what the problem was before they sent it back to me. They did not

call, just sent it back again.


I called and they said that this time they tested the product and

determined that they had a bad unit, problem with the battery. I

again tried the unit. Same problem, kept turning off and on. I

worked with their application engineer and he said it must be

interference and I was the only one they have ever heard with this

problem.


I sent it back and paid for it again and asked for a refund.


They charged me a restocking fee.


A very bad company to do business with, in my opinion.
