Highly disappointed Hi, I have been using Airtel in whichever city I have been to. Just now I had a very bad feeling with the customer care. I recharged my prepaid mobile phone with Rs. 360 from ICICI bank. I got only Rs. 120 in my account instead of Rs 167. Now when I am trying to contact the customer care ( 5 times already ), no body is giving me the proper answer. They are cutting the lines, keeping me on hold of 15-20 mins. Although I have broadband and two personal mobile numbers from Airtel only. Please resolve this.
