I ordered 6 cartridges (3 color and 3 black) from the above named company on 7/31/2006. I received an e-mail stating that the order would be shipped in 1-2 business days. On checking on the order it stated that it was shipped on 8/1/2006. On 8/23/2006 I e-mailed their customer care department and it stated that I would receive a reply at the most in 72 hours. When you try to call their company, you get a recorded message that their mailbox is full and to e-mail their customer care center. I have again e-mailed their customer care center and you get the same automated message (that you will receive a reply at the most in 72 hours during periods of high volume). I can imagine that there is always a high volume of complaints with this company. I wish I had checked out the complaints before I ordered as I am out $79.00.
