On April 6, 2006 I ordered (#2915), and Paid for ($559.00+$140.00 shipping, via Secure Online Credit Card) a Mini Chopper Dragonfly Motorcycle TYGS-408 from evosales.com based on their advertisement that it had a 110cc motor, and a ‘mono shock rear suspension’. I received a 49.5cc motor, and a rear shock that was not adjustable, and nonfunctional—leaving me with NO rear suspension. The motor is listed 5 times on the web site as a 110cc motor, and the 49.5cc motor I got is

I eventually (about after a year of contacting the FCC, BBB[which served as Evo's 'cover', and was TOTALLY useless]; and the Atty. Generals of KS,TX,&CA) I just gave up. The closest I came to getting it resolved was by contacting my credit card company-but in the end they shafted me too with their 'deadlines'/'FAX ONLY TO ---DEPT'. Most 'Agencies' said they didn't investigate individual complaints-but at least CA ATTY GEN replied.
