I PLACE AN ORDER ON JULY 8,2006 I FOUND OUT THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK THOUGH LENOX AND IT WOULD NOT BE IN UNTIL END OF AUGUST 2006, SO AS OF THERE WEB SIT SAID I COULD CANCEL IF THE ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK AND GET FULL REFUND;

I CALL ON JULY 27,2006 AND CANCEL MY ORDER I WAS TOLD MY CREDIT CARD WOULD BE CREDITED IN 3-5 DAYS WELL IT HAS NOT BEEN SO I CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND I FELL I'M GETTING THE RUN AROUND I WAS TOLD THAT THE PERSON THAT TOOK MY CALL DIDN'T GET TO IT YET. I FEEL I AM BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND THEY KEEP PUTTING ME OFF IT ONLY TOOK THEM A DAY TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD, BUT TO GET MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT CREDITED IT WILL TAKE LONGER.
