I too have had a terrible time with ER Solutions. They keep calling here looking for someone who hasn't lived here for 4 years. I've asked them repeatedly to stop calling and they keep saying that they have taken my number out of their database and won't call any more but they continue to call back. I work nights and sleep days. It is very troubling to have this company continually harassing me with phone calls especially when I'm not the person they are looking for.

Anyway, I have complied information to stop this company from harassing me and I'll share it with anyone who needs to rid themselves of this company and the harassment.

First, go to the Fair Debt Collection section ( http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/credit/fdc.htm) of the Federal Trade Commission and read about what you need to do to stop this company from calling you.

Also you can get good help from a Fair Debt representative at 1-877-382-4357. I spoke to a representative who was very helpful. You may have to wade through some menus to get to a live person but the help is useful. You may try using the "0" button to get a human representative. I made so many calls, I can't remember who all I talked to and how I got there but there is help at this number.

Second, send a certified return receipt letter to the ER Solutions branch that is calling you and ask that they cease contacting you. You must do this to satisfy the legal requirements to sue this company if they continue to call you. You can look this company up at the Better Business Bureau ( http://www.thebbb.org/commonreport.html?bid=501066) to get their mailing address or use the call back number ER Solutions provides you with and ask for their mailing address.

Third, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau ( http://www.thebbb.org/commonreport.html?bid=501066).
