T-Mobile Cellular service I just returned from a vacation to find that I was charged $41.72 in voicemail charges. I never used my phone to make one phone call, or to check any voice mails. I used it for text messaging only. They charge an extra rate for the texts, but it is not as exorbitant as the rate for making/receiving a phone call. Anyway, they say that I made 8 calls to check voice mails, when I didn't make a single one. They are refusing to negate any of the charges, and I am completely disillusioned with them. Not only that, they have the worst service to start with, calls constantly being dropped, or the phone saying you're "connected", but you can't hear anyone on the line. Any suggestions?
