The Net Detective Program did not fulfill it's promises at all. I was very dissatisfied with the product. I tried to contact the company many times via e-mail to cancel my membership and received no response. I sent them a letter via certified mail and still received no response. I tried to contact the company by phone but the phone numbers were out of order. I was never able to get my money back. Personally I think this program is a huge scam. Don't waste your time and money. DO NOT ORDER NET Detective!
