demat account - change of address

I would like to narrate the harassment meted out to me by your vijayanagar (Bangalore) branch - I have a SB A/C 015601016254 with your bank as well as demat account IN302679-31699963 . I had approached the branch for noting the change in my address both for SB A/C and demat account . They insisted on giving separate requests for noting of change of address in respect of SB and Demat accounts. While the formalities for change in respect of SB account were quickly over, the staff manning the Demat section first wanted me to go back again with the request form along with address proof . He did not brief me about any other documentary proof and when I presented myself with documentary proof for address he tried to turn me back saying that I should have been there before 1 p.m .Nowhere in the premises was there any display of timings for Demat counter operations. Then when forcefully represented my case for acceptance of the form, he demanded to see personal ID proof which in the first instance he has not advised me to bring. This bitter experience of mine jas made me think of severing my relation with ICICI Bank. Unless You care to do something to prevent recurrence of such things, Your business fortunes are bound to take a turn for the worse . i saw a add in the news paper regarding "guarenteed weight loss program " and i paid the amount.it did not work a bit also so i was very upset,then they forced me to change it to an another program, even that did not work.i did not got any result as they explained to regarding the package.so i stopped going there.i was not willing to go further because i realised it is of no use ,those people fooled me!more than 1 year is over but they are not giving me the money back,they are just consoling me that we will see to it again & again. because the staff members are keep changing.now they clearly mentioned that refund is not there as it is mentioned in the bill.when i speak that u people fooled me by telling guarenteed weight loss,they will speak very rudely.i think just for the business sake they are fooling people.so pleas let me know what i can do get my money back.
