Jewish Dating Site: "JewishMatcher" run by TangoWire.com

To Whom It May Concern,

On August 19th I logged into the "JewishMatcher" dating site. Imagine my surprise when I found there were, apparently, no members of the Jewish Faith profiled there. I emailed my confusion to TangoWire.com which owns/runs this site and several other sites which I utilize from time-to-time. Their reply was "You are looking at members from the entire network, it seems, which includes people from all walks of life".

I did not find this explanation satisfactory; I wrote back that they were guilty of misrepresentation and should change the name of this site to something more secular so as not to disappoint or confuse Jewish people. At no time did I ask to have my membership revoked!!! This is their reply: "By your request, your membership and profile have been removed from all TangoWire sites worldwide"

I wrote back telling them that I never made that request and wanted to be reinstated immediately. I received this reply, "You are obviously not happy here, and have equated us with ripoff artists. We don't want any member of our site unhappy or appreciate being called crooks".

I wrote back yet another time and challenged them to prove that I had used any of those words in my complaint; instead, they wrote the following: "Ma'am, you have been advised numerous times that we are not going to reinstate your account".

It seems that they have, indeed, banned me from all of their sites since I am advised, in no uncertain terms, that I am denied access whenever I attempt to log in.

I am writing this as a "wake-up" call to others who use or want to use TangoWire Online Communities sites. Beware!!!
