Glamour shots Arcadia CA - dissatisfied

Glamour shots, Arcadia. Refusal to remove large, ugly

blotch from back round of head shot.

Daughter wanted Senior HS portraits done.

Photographer was nice person. Session took awfully

long, but my daughter liked most of photos, Most of

the pictures came out well, we spent alot over our

$300 budget.

HOWEVER:

One of the poses was a head shot, and a square

(looking like large blotch of grey paint or duct tape)

was in the backround, out of place, ugly, very

distracting. They said WE would have to PAY to have

it removed!!! After all the $$$ we spent, they will

not even concede an inch. They are not usable, can't

give them away as is. I am very angry.

Intend to tell the other moms of HS girls around here

about our displeasure.
