On August 23, 2006 I had to take a taxi to make my payment for my home,, as it costs to make them wait i went inside and h anded a clerk my payment and asked if she would please post it today,, it was in a Washington Mutual envelope with the payment coupon,, it was already late, so, i was trusting in the bank employee to post it asap,,

For three days i got these calls from Washington Mutual,, Payment in arrears,, and when i tried to call them back,, of course, either the call wouldn't go through or i would get to a certaihn point in the call and then get disconnected and the automatic system would tell me to call again later,, how nice of them,, They make it impossible to contact them for the most part,,

Finally, today the bank was able to trace down my check and payment coupon,, guess what,,, it hadn't been made,, i was told they would back date it for me,,

We are supposed to be able to trust our lending instutions to be reliable and helpful,, most of the time when i do wait and get a reciept,,they can't find my account and then they say,, " we have accounts with the same numbers, "that is a disaster in waiting for someone i would think,,,,,,,,,,,,,
