SBC/AT&T Local & DSL Service

SBC local customer service is very bad. It takes

multipe call for same issue and each time take at

least 15 mins before you can speak with someone

whenever you have question on bill or service plan.

Even worse than this is, each time I can SBC service,

they flip customer over several transfer before

somebody really be able to solve your issues.


Finally I had enough and decide to disconnect. Without

surprise, I see inflatted bill amount from final bill

on my last month DSL charge.


SBC take such "smart" business practice, but as

cosumer, this is definitely unpleasant experience.

I will try to avaoid SBC/AT&T as much as possible in

my future communication need.
