ABC Warehouse I bought as Plasma 50" Samsung 3 -4 months ago. The manager gave me a good deal and told me if there were any problems to come see him. After a couple weeks the TV started turning off and going blank to a pink screen. It also had a scratch that was on the lense which was nicely covered up by a sale sign. When I got the TV home I noticed it. I started calling him and he kept blowing me off. Now 3 months later, he tells me its been too long and "I don't return Plasmas. I only did that once, and he spent $20k. Maybe if you spent that kind of money, I would consider it." I am insulted. I feel discriminated against. They tell me to go thru service to see if it can be fixed.
The district manager was only there to cover up the managers mistakes. This store is in Redford, MI and because of thier scaming ways. I will NEVER shop at ABC again. I hope others will learn from my mistake.
I am now in the process of going thru their repairs dept, which is a hit and miss type process. I am going to file a lawsuit against ABC and force them to take back this expensive TV that is deffecitve.
ABC gets you in with low prices. Treats you like a king, then drops you once you buy thier product.
