complain against Hutch customer care

Sir,

I am a user of HUTCH .my name is Biswajit Saha and mobile no is 9732653372......

my complain is that-------

one person from your company phone me for collar caller tune on18/8/06...at that time i refused her directly..still they activate it on 19/8/06..then i call to hutch care to stop it and to give back my money.......at that time he told me they will take 3 days to do so...but when i again call after 3days, then they are saying totally opposite word that they are not able to return my money because already 40 hrs over........

in this way they are disturbing customer at any time again and again for caller tune....... giveing with out our wise....and then we are harshed by ur hutch care..........

I AM WEATING FOR UR REPLY AND TO KNOW WHAT STEP U HAVE TAKEN FOR THIS....
