Dear Sir/Madam

I have now been using Tesco broadband for the past 9 months

and during that time whilst reading webb page I have been cut off and have

to restart this is very unsatisfactory and I have complained on many

occasions I keep receiving the same reply, I have done everything that they

have asked but it has made no difference all the proper connections are in

place and I have purchased a Belkin ADSL Modem with wireless.G Router to try

and rectify the problem but it is still occurring, should I cancel my

contract at this time with Tesco they will charge me
