Rainbow Play Systems Superior Play Structures

Ordered a Rainbow Clubhouse from Rainbow Play Systems

and Superior Play Structures. Shortly after the order

was placed, they came out and did a yard check to make

sure the ordered set would work. Unfortunately it was

determined that this particular system would not work.

We took some time to decide on now getting a Rainbow

Castle System from the same vendor. I was told that

on that Friday they would perform another yard check

to once again make sure this newly selected system

would work. Well, noone ever showed up and I took the

day off from work. The following week I left 5

different messages, 4 with a receptionist (who is

nasty as it is) and 1 on a voicemail. I finally heard

back from someone 7 days after my initial call. Once

again we re-scheduled the yard check, and once again

noone showed up. This is now 2 days I took off from

work, and we are well passed my daughers birthday

which this was a present for. The district manager

Andy told me he would look into this, move my order to

the front, and let me know what they could do on the

price to make up for the issues. Well at the end of

the week I got a call from Andy who offered me $150

off. This is a nearly $4000 swing set and I get an

insult thrown at me of $150. I cancelled the order.

Now I find out that Superior Play Structures IS

Rainbow Play Systems. I tried to order it through

another vendor but keep getting referred back to

Superior. Now when I tell them about all the issues

they just tell me the price went UP...and there is

nothing they can do.


Total lack of customer care...absolutely no

service...and a superior disrespect for peoples time

and money....thats what you get from Rainbow Play

Systems and Superior Play Structures. Id be aware!!!
