I ordered A receiver and speakers from Digital Craze. The Receiver delivery time was 3 weeks the speakers delivery time was about 5 weeks. I never received an order confirmation ( had to call a number of times to make sure they received my order). I never received a shipped confirmation. I find it odd that a so called Internet retailer is so far behind the times for internet retail normal protocol. The thing that has me irked the most is they CHARGE your credit card on placement of the order. Most state laws require charge on shipment of the order. I was out 3K + for 5 weeks with out my product. Digital Craze you should improve your so called fulfillment knowledge with protocols that are law abiding. It is only time before this retailer gets shut down. Please do your home work before you open a business from your garage....
