Cingular wireless

Cingular wireless I had a problem with Cingular, relating to overcharges for international service. I called Cingular and spent an hour on the phone with them, either talking to four different departments that couldn't handle the problem and happily referred me to another department, or the 45 minutes that I was on hold between departments. No one ever said "no," they just said it was another department's responsibility. I finally gave up on that and wrote to them four times asking for a phone call back from someone with authority to resolve international issues. I never got a call or letter. Eventually my service was disabled and I started getting notices from a collection agency. Two more letters, this time to the collection agency. Still today no communication from anyone able to resolve the issue. So here I am with a phone that I paid $200 for when I signed up for the service, but now can't use because the service has been stopped. I'm sure something is going to show up on my credit which I will have to dispute. Bob -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
