northwest bell phones is a scam

I have tried at least 25 times to call 800-888=8990 and an auto answer machine

answers only to have the phone disconnected after a few minutes...i have tried

to fax the company only to have the fax always busy or no answer...i'm

beginning to wonder if you exist...well, they existed long enought to stock

office max's shelves and take $199 from me!

1. In april 2006 i sent the phone i had just purchased back to north west

bell service department to be repaired.

2. in may 2006 i sent a letter to them asking why had i had not received the

repaired phone back. I sent them an email to COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_62360# and they

did not respond.

3. in late in may 2006 they sent me a post card stating they could not sent

the phone back to a mail box or I sent them a letter with my physical address.

4. in july i went back to the store i purchased it from, office max in woods

cross utah, they told me there was nothing they could do, but they tried to

fax the service center for a full day and got a busy signal...I sent them

another email and they did not respond. I called the warranty company and

they said the warranty would be active until april 2007 and that unless i have

the physical phone to send back to them the warrant would not be valid.

5. now it is late august 2006, i sent them an email COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_62360# and

the email was returned-twice--i tried to find northwest bell phones corporate

offices and was able to locate them...i checked to see if they were a public

company and can not find a record of them on any stock exchanges...I have not

received the phone back or any response to my letter...HELP....where is the

phone...?

copy of receipt of purchase from Office Max in Woods Cross, Utah; phone in

original box with all the items originally in the box.

i bought the phone and the answer machine portion of it did not work. i sent

it to them and i want the repaired phone back or my money back...all of the

money including the amount i spent for additional warranty...
