I just tried to cancel a reservation 21 days in advance!!

You can cancel. They just keep your money.

I don't travel much....I booked at the Holiday Inn,Parnham Richomd. This Motel is DISGUSTNG! My granddaugher was so offended with the smell in the place that we had to go and buy some "frebrez". I was so upset that I had to pay $95.00+ taxes etc for the room. This was such a rip off.....unbeliveable!! This motel is awful. I will never book another Holiday Inn.
