Ordered travel charger and batteries from Factory Direct Cellular, Pearland, TX

Received the order. Charger stopped working after 1 use ( batteries are OK ).

Returned the charger for exchange according to the company's web site instructions.

Received the response from Email User on 07/11/2006 that exchange would be issued.

No exchange item and no reply to my continued inquiries since ( today is 08/22/2006 ).
