Blue Green Vacations Florida Package

I purchased a full week Folirida Vacation Package back on June 5 of 2005. The initial fee was a total of $598.00. About one month ago I reveived a call to finish with the booking of the reservations for the vacation package. The additional fee was $289.00. It was at this time that the representatvie ask me how was I going to tget the Orlando Florida. At this point I was surprised and upset to find out that the package did not include the airfare from Philadelphia to Orlando.

Once I realized that I was lied to, I took immediate action with the Better Busniess Bureau in Orlando Florida. One week later I received a call form a customer service rep from Blue Green to help resolve the issue.

Of course, the rep claims that they originally mentioned that no airtravel was included. I made it clear to this person that I only wanted a full refund of my funds. After a dispute of almost one hour over the phone, they only refunded the second fee of $289.00 back to my charge card.

In the end, I want to recieve a full refund back. Blue Green Vacations misled me to believe that the airtravel was included. They have unacceptable saling practices. My claim with the Better Bunisess Bureau still stands and I am cirrently filing a compliants with my bank that hold my charge account.

Please be very aware of the saling practixes of Blue Green Vacations. They do not respect the comsumer and are clearly a dishonest company to deal with.
