Dear Company,

In reviewing the phone bill, I have question as follow:

On July 18th, I requested to remove the international plan and requested to block the line to call outside the country. On the 19th, one of my employee to make phone calls to Vietnam and the your company charged about $9.00 a minute. The reason I wanted to block it because I was out of town for the whole month and did not want any of my employee use it.

I had called the company and Melisa, one of your employee with her rule attitude could not give me the satisfactory answer and she told me that she could not give me credits because the block was not in effected next day which I really did not know.

Please reconsider and review my bill. I have with your company more than two year and do not want to switch to other company.I hope you could give me credits on these phone calls.
