Kolkata,37, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata - 700017. e-mail: Email User Nature of complaints: same as above PS: The SIM card never had a problem in the previous set (also NOKIA 1100). All problems started after I bought the new set. There is no sitting arrangements for those waiting in any of the service centres. Since the number of complainants are many, it is rather tiring in this climate.
