uhaul wont rent trailors to explorer owners

uhaul wont rent trailors to explorer owners I just found out about uhauls no explorer rule. needless to say i was a little taken back. when i called to main customer service line the rep said that there were pending lawsuits and they wouldnt rent trailers to explorer owners eventhough they said that its not the vehicle. i made a comment to the sales rep that i seemed a little discriminatory that they will not rent to explorer owners and he told me to look up the definition because i didnt know what discrimination was. he became very condescending and rude. then when i asked to speak with his supervisor he said he didnt have one. and when i asked for his name he said "oh i didn't give it to you, thats too bad". i think that since uhaul has a patent on their trailors and no other moving companies have trailors they need to rent the trailors or be sued for discrimination.
