e bay purchace

Hello:

I ordered a camera lens, item number: 7596359830, through E bay Jan 6,

2005, for $120. Seller, Darya Khudzirkova, registered as Russian

Federation, Ustas. Before payment, he immediately answered my questions.

He told me to send a check to "his lawyer" of US address.

No responses after that! I reported this to 1) E bay, their reply- not

their problem if buyer goes outside E bay's page. 2) California Department

of Consumer Affairs, no response after 3 enquiries. 3) FBI, using

internet, their relpy- they have no power, but will turn it over to an

appropriate agency.

I would like 1. the lens, 2. the money, or 3. action from E bay- even if

IF IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT.
