U-haul truck rental

U-haul www.uhaul.com reservations.

I made a reservation online and was then called a couple of hours later and told that the closest place to me with a truck was 10 miles further than a competitor. Had I known that there was no truck available at the location closest to me on their map, I would have never made the reservation. When I called to cancel, I was told that I would still be charged 5.00 by a smug operator, who sounded very happy that I just had 5.00 stolen from me by her company. Its only 5.00, but had their site been accurate, I would have never made the reservation. 5.00 cost them a customer for life, I hope they enjoy it. I also hope this complaint is “hit” when someone is doing an online search for uhaul truck rental.
