Insinkerator Hot Water Dispenser

Company: Insinkerator Hot Water Dispenser
Category: Other
I bought a HC1100-1 Hot Water Dispenser on 7/8/00. Six months later, it stopped producing hot water. The unit was replaced on 1/19/01 by an authorized repair/installation agent.
Less than seven months later, the new unit stopped producing hot water. This tank was replaced on 8/13/01.
The third tank lasted nearly three years before developing a leak that flooded my basement. Insinkerator claims that their new stainless steel tanks are much more durable. I think "three strikes and you're out". I'm switching brands.
