I've had a terrible time dealing with a company whose products I love!

Due to skin sensitivities, I have to search for clothing without

polyester and/or acrylic yarns and this company not only sells that, but

in styles that are very attractive on the female form. However,

ordering and getting the product in a timely manner is a problem!

Because a 'built-in bra was made without hook and eye closures I was

sending two blouses back for an exchange, but my husband didn't insure

the return and Soft Surroundings claimed not to have gotten it. I took

it on the chin and went ahead and ordered what I was going to exchange

it for and received only two of the items and a promise for the third, a

halter top. Well, a top that I ordered in May had its shipping date

pushed back four times, well past the date I needed for and if I wore

halters in December it looks like I would be set, but when I called to

get some acclaimed Customer Care, I got a lecture from an 'Erica' that

they weren't liable for return shipping, yada, yada, when that wasn't

the item I was asking about!! After some complaints to the company and

a promise never to order again, please take my name off all lists, etc.

I not only received a new catalog, but but 6 more e-mails; three dealt

with trying to give me a whole ten dollar coupon and the other three

telling me they had received the two blouses (sent in June) and did I

want an exchange? I asked for a refund which I was told was credited to

my card, but guess what? No credit has appeared as of four days.

It is unfortunate that I now detest the company, because I really

did like the products. Now I have removed all their tags from the

clothing and, since I've been sewing for thirty years, everyone just

assumes that I made it myself. No positive ads from this quarter!!
