Dell Computer phone number 1-866-395-5011 calls everyday a min. of 5 times a day. I have spoke to them numerous times and they will not stop.I don't know what to do or who to go too. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

When you have a problem with your dell..which you will if you do not buy an extended warrenty..call the corporate office. They can tell you 100 reasons why you are at fault and they have a fabulous product. Unfortunately this lack of responsibility in the quality of production of their systems is driving the consumers to buy a Mac..


I am now a complete mac convert and will never buy a dell again. If you want the run around or to not speak to india..call below.

I've been a Dell customer for years and never had a problem until they instituted the "Verification" process. I ordered some things on line and part of what was ordered was an extended warranty/service plan. Well I ended up canceling my order within a week of placing the order and everything was canceled with the exception of the extended warranty/service plan. Not sure why this didn�t cancel with the rest of the order as I went into each individual order number and cancelled it but it still remains. This all took place back in March 2008 and has now gotten to the point that after a couple dozen phone calls to the customer service I still have not gotten the warranty/service plan removed from my dell account which continues to incur late fees and charges because I can�t get it removed. I can�t seem to verify who I am with the new system. I�ve given them every bit of personal information they could ask for and some they didn�t ask for and I still can not verify who I am in their system because I can�t remember a phone number I had three years ago���� I am told with every single phone call that there is no one else to talk to. I�ve talked to the Supervisors and all is the same���.we can not tell you how to correct it, we can�t tell you what can�t be verified, we can only tell you according to some new privacy thing they can�t give me any information because they can�t verify who I am


Any guidance on how I can get this resolved would be greatly appreciated
