2005 Dodge 2500 front gasket!!

My 2005 Dodge 2500 has a leaking front motor gasket. Dodge and Cummins both state that the motor has to be pulled to get to the gasket. Approximately 30 hrs. in labor and close to $3000.00 is what the estimate was written for. The truck has 197,000 miles. This is absurd!! Dodge will really have an issue on their hands once many others start to leak. I still can't believe this BS!!!
