janair refrigarator/ Maytag customer service

I bought a built-in JENN-AIR refrigerator from Expo Design center last year,and paid over $7000. including additional 5 years full warranty with Maytag. I had problem from delivery to installation. About 3 month ago I called the Maytag service for repair,and after 2 weeks someone showed up and by accident put a big dent on the refrigerator door.I called many times(each call took about 45 min) and finally they order new door,

After 3 weeks they called and set the day for installing the new door. They never called or showed-up ,and after I called them they told me the technician didn't have room in his van for the door. The next day at 7pm an old man with a old van brought the door and with help of my son left the door in front of my garage,and left. after 2 more days again the technician cancelled the installation. Finally after one week 2 trainee showed-up and couldn't install the door correctly and damaged the inside of the refrigerator and left.Finally after spending hours on the phone I was able to talk to corporate office and 2 days later another technician came and said the door is not square and need to order new door and after he called and told his office about the damage inside, they told him to order epoxy and patch,which he told me he has never done it before.I told him this is not acceptable,and I do not want a patch work. I called several times and left several massages for the same person at corporate office and complained about the damages and also the doors they have left in my garage, and didn't get any answer back. I will file a law sue, if they don't resolve this matter by end of this week. Maytag has the worse customer service and I think they should pay for their mistake.
