Falcon Floors formerly in Convent Station recently moved to Morristown, NJ

Falcon came in and repaired, sanded and stained my floors during the week of March 20th. Seven weeks later, the floors are all buckled and splitting. These floors are thin parquet. Since Falcon replaced a number of the tiles they certainly knew what they were dealing with. To date, Falcon has not made a single positive response to may many many phone calls. They are abandoning me and my unusable floors. Photos sent in following email.

Falcon Floors completely botched up the job, ruined my stove, my countertop, my cabinets,etc. When I didn't think things could get any worse from them, I discovered 7" of water in my basement, as a result of their worker dislodging sump pump connection. The owner has NEVER returned a single phone call. I don't want them ever setting foot near my home again and don't how they can possibly stay in business with such horrendous customer service.
