cancellation of booking

On august 11 2006 we had booked a flight form april 2006 with lufthansa to olbia july l4 2006 july 20 olbia to rome returning august 11 2006

we have decided june 24 2006 to return to montreal august 6 2006 we where on waitlist until august 10,2006 flig ht was never confirmed

i was calling everyday from italy no reply i called lufthansa reservation office on august 5th 2006 they told me that we were on waitllistt

they told me to wait until afternoon i called back no confirmation so i told them to forget about it so i reconfirmed my flight for august 11 2006

everything was fine they told me arriving to airport of rome flight was ok arriving in munich something was very suspicious they told us towere nopt go to the other

counter checking our tickets the supoervisor in munick airport told us our name were not on the list so we were very furious mad tired since we had a long wait in rome

airport due to what had happened in london the day before they arranged to rebook us with differend seats selection and i told them that if our name was not on the list

it was their mistake .

I would like to know what happened why we were cancelled our tickets were paid since april 2006

we were late because of the arguments Ii was having with the supervisor at kuthansa counter no duty free

ng We are very mad with the reservation office we are not happy with your services and reservation office s please do something about this

and you should reply to us as soon as possible for an answer we are very upset
