Dear Sir/Madam

I have just arrived home from a Vacation in New york, I purchased a Zen (MP3 player and a Shinco Digital Camera from Broadway computers and Video 1623 Broadway, New York NY 10019, I am very upset with the way these people have con us, we paid $1500 for the camera, mp3 player and sim card, its the camera that has upset us they told us the camera was worth $3000 and it was the latest, we have now found out that we can buy this camera for $300 and found a few electrical shops around New York selling it for that amount, We were told that once we bought the product we where not entitle for a refund unless there was a fault with it, Not like our country where you have 14 days to return and have a full refund. I know I will not get my money back but should these people be able to get away with coning people like this? could you give me some advice on anything that can be done please
