Purchased new heating and hot water system from the above company. Multiple callbacks and failure of the system to function correctly has now led to complaints where the above company is now blaming me for the malfunctions and the problem-solving approach. As of the last communique with this company, I was told to call in someone else to fix their faulty work - so now I am complaining and want the situation resolved by the company I contracted with - it is their responsibility not someone else's nor mine
